ZX68D/ZX68W-2025 Luban Lathe CNC Drilling And Milling Machine
This machine is our company's latest glass processing equipment, integrating two mechanical structures: a glass drilling machine and a glass milling machine.
* A proprietary 12-axis control system provides seamless control of both glass drilling and milling.
* This machine utilizes a gantry-style upper and lower drill and eight turrets for CNC drilling, reaming ( different shape of holes requirement like triangle, square, oval etc, all kinds of different shape of holes you want to process), and milling. Path editing is simple, and drilling, reaming, and milling are all integrated. Path editing is flexible, library access is available, and external DXF and DGW files can be accepted. The system comes with built-in drawing software, and its user-friendly design makes operation even simpler.
* Pneumatic support and proximity priority minimize idle strokes, saving processing time.
* Drilling utilizes universal consumables, significantly reducing drilling costs.
* The milling section utilizes a T-shaped mechanical frame, offering a compact and flexible structure. The transmission mechanism utilizes a pneumatic cylinder-type pressurized support and transmission mechanism, ensuring stable and precise operation, eliminating unnecessary steps.
* This machine, covered by multiple patents, is suitable for deep processing of glass, including drilling, milling, notching, and various shaping processes.
* This machine offers modular expansion options and PLC control for convenient external coordination, allowing for standalone operation. It can also be connected to various equipment such as online loading tables, robots, glass washing machines, etc. to achieve online production.
