The CNC glass machining center manufactured by our company is particularly suitable for edge grinding, polishing, and chamfering of various shapes of glass, including decorative glass, appliance panel glass, furniture tabletop glass, automotive glass, and smart glass mirrors etc.
ZNXU CNC glass processing centers are specifically designed for glass processing by using a three-axis linkage mechanism to control the forward, backward, left, right, and up/down movement of the motor head.
The base, columns, and beams are all made of thickened steel and have undergone quenching treatment to ensure the long-term stability of the equipment and prevent deformation during prolonged use.
The drive system uses servo motor, and the sliding mechanism employs imported high-precision linear guides, along with a slider and ball screw, to ensure the required precision during operation.

AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGER
This machining center comes standard with an automatic tool magazine and an ATC (Automatic Tool Changer) system, capable of stably storing multiple tool specifications and supporting multi-process composite machining such as milling, cutting, grinding, chamfering, and polishing. The machine tool intelligently manages tool numbers and positions through a CNC system, ensuring fast and precise tool changes without any manual intervention.
DOUBLE STATION PROCESSING
Two glass can be loaded at the same time. By this feature after the first glass processing the machine automatically reposition itself for second glass. Thanks to this feature time losses
MULTIFUNCTION PROCESSING
With its multifunction glass processing feature our machine can do glass edging, milling, drilling and polishing automatically in one cycle for flat and shaped glasses. This feature is very useful for manufacturing of glass doors, furniture glasses, shower glass doors etc.
